both to option the current IPs
and to file for renewed pink status
from his parallel insurance agency work.

if so, then he's probably able to cover
annual ~$10k, etc... filing fees for OTCQB status
from his own pockets.

and, as posted several times prior,
fund the actual film production via executive producers
who invest in the potential of the IPs,
as is typical for hollywood projects.
