yes, mark shifted to wyoming a long time ago.
i don't remember the prior incorporation,
which was filed pre-mark when the shell's ticker was PINR.
i think it was nevada, but don't remember for sure.

fwiw, the shift to wyoming made sense for the reduction in filing/reg fees.
whereas the shift to delaware will increase fees and regulations,
as detailed in the edgar filing today:
