ridiculous!!! you are wrong as usual!! what part of the PDK's being COMPLETE & SCALABLE are you NOT understanding!!!!

Lebby's been working with at least SEVEN Foundries PDK's for 2 years now, the latest reports from these Foundries that Investors have gotten from Lebby (including pictures) are,

1) the chips are coming back with OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE

2) the Yields are EXTREMELY HIGH

Absolutely LOVE this Lebby quote, EO POLYMERS CAN BE EASILY HANDLED IN STANDARD SILICON FABS USING STANDARD PDK’s

Also absolutely LOVE this Lebby quote at 11:30 marker he said "our technology fits really uniquely into Silicon Foundries and WE CAN SCALE INTO VOLUME QUITE EASILY AND EFFECTIVELY, and our technology as you can see from the horizontal bar of this graph, we have a very high figure of merit (FOM) which means we have really great metrics in terms of bringing the voltage down to save power, high bandwidth to send lots of information at higher speeds, and to have the technology at a very small size"

For the record, I talked to Lebby one-on-one at the ASM and he reiterated how sensitive all the data from Foundries work had become for competitive reasons, and for those who saw the ASM encore performance Lebby gave in Europe the day after the ASM, Lebby actually spent more time discussing how important it was now to keep secrecy on the Foundries progress, but he assured everybody things were doing great, and investors should take note of the output of the chips from these Foundries as their direct evidence of this fact, as Lebby told investors the chips are coming back showing great performance and the Yields have been exceedingly high

1. I was the first to say the "kitchen recipe" problems Dr Lebby kept mentioning into the fall suggested no PDK by year end, as almost everyone was expecting.
2. My 23 red flags was considered credible enough by Walter who went over them on a one on one with Dr Lebby!
3. Some were taunting me about my doubts regarding scalability last fall..saying it was a no brainer that scalability to high volume was already proved out. All Dr Lebby said about it in this year's ASM was they are "more comfortable" with scalability now than they were last year. .
4. After the annual letter came out I immediate said that it showed or implied that there was no completed PDK and they were not on track, as the letter claimed. Proto insisted there were 5 completed PDKs for months on end. He finally stopped saying that and changed it to "virtually complete". We also know they were NOT "on-track" to meet their goals.
5. I said last fall their first commercial agreement would be with Polariton and people would think it was better than it would end up being. Nailed it.
6. I said after ASM we wouldn't be seeing any deals in the coming months and people would then begin to figure out that they had been duped about the commercial deal status and the price would drop in response. Lo and behold, that's exactly what is NOW happening.

NOTE THAT NONE OF THE ABOVE LINKS TO SOURCE - MY RESPONSE IS BELOW:

#1 B.S. PDK's can take years to complete so this statement is nonsensical.
#2 What Walter really said is that he talked to Lebby and they went through T.P. 's list. It probably took 5 minutes out of that three hours.

The one thing Lebby wants to avoid and what would make him worry is him making promises he cannot hold. I respect therefore that he is careful in what he says.
He answered yesterday all the questions he was allowed to answer .

I went through the23 red flags lists of ted and Michael replied with admirable patience. we talked for 3 hours..None of the replies got me worried.
To me ALL the answers were satisfactory.

Those who are talking about selling just should do so. Not my worry. I am not selling nor buying. I am not a trader.

#6. More B.S. Lebby has stated that the deals are active and progressing. Again you are calling industry standard time lines and secrecy being "duped".

TP, so far you have called it and some will be thanking you for taking the advice to sell. Not sure what 30 posts a day accomplishes but you have your life and you seem to enjoy it on a message board.
