I went through the23 red flags lists of ted and Michael replied with admirable patience. we talked for 3 hours..None of the replies got me worried.

To me ALL the answers were satisfactory.

Walter, I'm glad to know you deemed my list to have enough merit to discuss with Dr Lebby.

I'm glad to know that Dr Lebby is now aware of both general and specific concerns and viewpoints that resonate in various degrees with a segment of shareholders and potential shareholders. As you may have noted, some of the 'flags' were critical, some agnostic, some positive, and some just curious.

Since one of the goals of my questioning issues has been to increase the level of transparency for shareholders, I HOPE that now that your discussion - among others that he has had recently - will help Dr Lebby alter his messaging to be more responsive to shareholder concerns and curiosities, as well as a willingness to set the record straight on issues that may well be misunderstood.
