Major problem for the defendants...They need to go to jail....

and said,"The Herrington decision literally destroys, NO,VISCERATES, every argument made by the defendants!!" Further that it gives Northwest everything they wanted/needed to potentially change , market operations as we know it and in so doing, might actually "balance the scales" for your smaller retail ,investors who have thought all along that they were not gettng a fair shake!!" AND even further, he said "I know it sounds crazy, but the implications are so convincing of wrong doing that some of the defendants might be subjected to criminal prosecution!!!"

Eye rolls. So this broke little OTC has both the cure for cancer AND is changing the Wall Street game, putting powerful people behind bars? LOL...Come on you guys!

And, with all that value sucked away over the years no biotech or pharma ever decided to jump in and take little NWBO over? Wow!

If the Herrington case is so good for retailers why doesn't it alone even the playing field for retailers, what does NWBO add.

BB,

Thank you for the great post!

The securities lawyers of Keny and Dougie most likely would tell them "game over". Maybe not for Dougie who was always bragging for being a lawyer before and who was arrogant enough to think everything was under control. I would be surprised if he didn't go to jail in the end.

Thanks BB! I look forward to turning around one day and saying to myself, you should always trust your gut. Years ago, we didn’t know what we know now. I believe the stars aligned when the Journal Article came out. From there it has only required patience.

Still Accumulating.

BB thanks as always! It is puzzling why argument was granted. I could maybe see that being changed based on NWBOs objection. A long shot but not unprecedented. Fingers crossed let’s get
on to discovery!
