So everyone listen up here!! Yesterday, I tried to play like a lawyer telling y'all what I thought the judges decision in the Herrington case meant for our case against Citadel, Virtu.....! At the end of my piece, I realized that I probably got some kind of a message across, but likely created more questions than answers AND thought to myself, "Brian! When you were managing those public companies on the NYSE and ASE, did you decide that you didn't need your securities lawyers and proceded to draft and submit your own S-1 complete with your version of a proper Disclosure Memoranum???" The answer to myself was,"Hell no!! and thank God I didn't cause I probably would've had to spend some time in the Graybar Hotel!!!" Yikes!!! So I did yesterday what I always did in the past and called my securities lawyer(s) and asked him to lppk at the Herrington decision and tell me what it means for Northwest' case against Citadel, Virtu.....? Wagner called me back this morning and said,"The Herrington decision literally destroys, NO,VISCERATES, every argument made by the defendants!!" Further that it gives Northwest everything they wanted/needed to potentially change , market operations as we know it and in so doing, might actually "balance the scales" for your smaller retail ,investors who have thought all along that they were not gettng a fair shake!!" AND even further, he said "I know it sounds crazy, but the implications are so convincing of wrong doing that some of the defendants might be subjected to criminal prosecution!!!"
In closing, he said the Herrington decision is so overwhelmingly supportive of Northwest' case that the judge in the Northwest case could "cut and paste" and it's "game over"!!! So that's what I was trying to say in the first place and probably shoud have "cut to the chase" and said," Keny and Dougie and the rest of those bastards are"screwed blue and tatooed!!!"
Lots of dollars at the end of this rainbow for Northwest and if this results in a populist movement, all the billions in ill gotten gains stolen by the defendants might be returned to the accounts of hard working Americans that don't know that they have been robbed!!! What a terrific political opportujity!!!
