Actually Sharp said S1 SEC filing and becoming FULLY SEC REPORTING . I don't anticipate any merger NEWS until that happens, which should be soon, based on the fact that he said this on August 1, 2023. So I would assume the merging company wants $FORW to be FULLY REPORTING before the deal will be done. Nevertheless, it has almost been 2 months since this update, so we are probably getting close.
