What does it mean to you to lose a settlement?

Edit for clarity:

Asked as in, "What are you trying to indicate with this term?" not a rude "Why do you care?" although I don't think it was likely to be read in the second manner, just clarifying.

Lol you can’t loose a settlement . If the defendants offer certain settlement you can refuse to settle for that amount . Do yourself understand what you wrote ?

We have years of unequivocal proof (1000's of data points) that 7 firms have spoofed and otherwise manipulared NWBO stock. This Griffin guy is obviously "connected," so if he gets a "pass" (which is highly unlikely, but be prepared) most will understand how/why, but evidence is evidence and it's overwhelming!! All IMHO.

My thoughts are just that it is a nice bonus if we get a nice amount out of the lawsuit, but that capital is not in my investment thesis. I think it is a positive as to the evidence of spoofing and market manipulation. Not sure it's a negative if we somehow don't get to trial and don't get a settlement. The cat has been let out of the bag and it's clear to me that they heavily manipulated the SP. Wether a judge or jury agrees with my opinion is less important to me as the mere presence of the allegations and the facts that they have provided makes me certain that I am invested in a company with a great outlook. Obviously by now, all the science pieces are lining up incredibly well for my investment too.
