My thoughts are just that it is a nice bonus if we get a nice amount out of the lawsuit, but that capital is not in my investment thesis. I think it is a positive as to the evidence of spoofing and market manipulation. Not sure it's a negative if we somehow don't get to trial and don't get a settlement. The cat has been let out of the bag and it's clear to me that they heavily manipulated the SP. Wether a judge or jury agrees with my opinion is less important to me as the mere presence of the allegations and the facts that they have provided makes me certain that I am invested in a company with a great outlook. Obviously by now, all the science pieces are lining up incredibly well for my investment too.
