Thanks Senti! So now we know that of these patients on poly marching towards 10 years all 4 of them were grade 3 IDH mutant.

How many posts did we see here asserting the mOS in the poly arm had not been reached, when in fact we see that was reached 7 years ago.

How many posts saying the long lived patients showed a cure for GBM when in fact not a single GBM patient lived 5 years.

The data is worlds away from what was endllesly hyped here for years,

Sure appears from this relatively small trial that dcvax needs the adjuvant polyICLC and results in great improvement. Dcvax alone as we have seen from the large trial provides modest improvement with a group of very long term survivors.
Hope it gets approved and in practice will be used with one or more adjuvant
