Thanks for the update. Did he mention if the AIP contracts being signed were contingent on the successful subsidiary launch? It doesn’t seem like it would be since he told us at the conference, he expected the contracts any day now.

Spoke to him today...was just updating shareholders. I asked what's the status of the formation of subs? Submitted and waiting for approval. He was told the process is a couple of more weeks. Will release lengthy PR when it's finalized.
