Spoke to him today...was just updating shareholders. I asked what's the status of the formation of subs? Submitted and waiting for approval. He was told the process is a couple of more weeks. Will release lengthy PR when it's finalized.

Hang tight and watch some football till it's announced, just don't watch the Giants
