Dr. Staelin has been involved with this 'family leadership' for YEARS. He has outstanding loans to the company that ties him to that leadership and he is now commenting and carrot dangling similar to what this 'family leadership' has been doing for years. That 'carrot dangling' still has not come to fruition, like so many other family proclamations.
