You must really hate my exposing this SCAM and NOT BEING SMART ENOUGH cashing in on it LIKE I DID. THIS SCAM is DONE
11 days till the vote on INPX/XTI merger. So when that passes and XERI still has no XTI stock just what will that mean???? Could it come down to a convenient demand letter that was filed against a timely merger just after the established timeline in Sec 2.2 of the XERI/XTI JV. Will it have to go to COURT and Can XERI win a case that in reality they DEFAULTED on by NOT making the full $10 mil agreement??????

So Quester614 & I are already Xeri-llionaires. Who else? I'm working on the guest list for our post-pandemic party at Xeriant's new offices in Boca Raton. LOL. (By then, the stock should be well over $1.00 -- and the company may already have been uplisted -- so plan accordingly.) Be there or be square!

I see you left out the most important part. Being TRUTHFUL and HONEST. How can you question another person's honesty when you clearly make false statements and false interpretations of filings. You can't be so stupid as to think you have been honest here.
