You must really hate my exposing this SCAM and NOT BEING SMART ENOUGH cashing in on it LIKE I DID. THIS SCAM is DONE
11 days till the vote on INPX/XTI merger. So when that passes and XERI still has no XTI stock just what will that mean???? Could it come down to a convenient demand letter that was filed against a timely merger just after the established timeline in Sec 2.2 of the XERI/XTI JV. Will it have to go to COURT and Can XERI win a case that in reality they DEFAULTED on by NOT making the full $10 mil agreement??????

So Quester614 & I are already Xeri-llionaires. Who else? I'm working on the guest list for our post-pandemic party at Xeriant's new offices in Boca Raton. LOL. (By then, the stock should be well over $1.00 -- and the company may already have been uplisted -- so plan accordingly.) Be there or be square!
