Thanks, but I'd rate myself last on this board. I have experience eating in fine restaurants, and I enjoy trying food from different cultures, but my cooking skills are a work in progress. I've learned a lot from the classic food channel shows, and I have an interest, but Janice is way ahead of me with cooking skills and experience. I'm fine with my amateur cook status.

No slight intended toward Janice and some of her recipes are interesting but how did they taste.
