Well let's take a closer look shall we...

Actiband was cleared for marketing by the FDA in August of 2002. So, absolutely true.

There current product was cleared using the Actiband as a predicate device to which the current product was deemed "substantially Equivalent". In other words the Actipatch is essentially the same device as the Actiband.
Ok, I'm stretching a little here, but not much. The FDA considers the products to be equivalent.

I believe that the rest was opinion, so neither true nor false. On balance I judge that the accused post was a mostly accurate representation of the truth.

On the other side...
