The "ceo" did not call me a liar. You did. And I'm ok with it. Because I think something is seriously wrong with you & I don't want you to have a breakdown.

What I have posted is ACCURATE!

And it STANDS the TEST OF TIME!!

And it is FACTUAL!!

If the TA was ungagged & updating the full & complete share structure daily then the dates would be adjusted accordingly. Keep in mind, that the TA did NOT have the 5 BILLION A/S change until I called & COMPLAINED multiple times!!


If Mark is going to take this company where he claims he wants it to go. Then he should FOLLOW his advice, about being good people, doing the right things, treating people properly & establishing a reputation build upon honesty, transparency, hard-work & getting after it.

I'm sure THAT'S what he wishes to impart to his kids. And NOT the legacy of the last dozen years!


For the sake of shareholder here... I sure hope THAT is his intention. And then it matters NOT what I or anyone else says.... Isn't that right? MONEY will FIND HIM!! And support his efforts, wishes, plans & DREAMS!!

Now calm down... we'll sort this out tomorrow.

You'll see that the Market Cap has been updated (as of Friday 8.11.2023). But the other dates, have not!

I mentioned this before. Mark doesn't have experienced, thoughtful & intelligent advisors around him. Look at Cornerstone_Marketing for example & even some of wadirum1's posts: Instead of UNDERSTANDING what I'm arguing, complaining about; &/or recognizing the AFFECT on longer-term investors: They disparage. It's just DUMB!

Moreover, with the most recent tweet: I imagine wadirum1, Cornerstone & others COMPLAINING to Mark. And the "ceo" puts out a tweet in defense of them & shareholders: WITHOUT having a CLUE as to what they're talking about. I have been saying FOR approx EIGHT WEEKS (or more now), that there should be TRANSPARENCY with the share structure. That is "FAN FRIENDLY", & a "shareholder-friendly" step into the future; especially for an entity which bills itself as "FAN-OWNED". Not to mention, "doing the right thing". Now, as I have also said, maybe Mark & co. (shareholders & "advisers") think the 'TA is ungagged' but if the FULL & COMPLETE share structure isn't provided UPON REQUEST to the investing public; then its GAGGED!! And I have REPEATEDLY said so!

Take your pick! Do more DD & research (not Mark's strong suit), hire BETTER advisers (Cornerstone_Marketing is a CLOWN never-was do-nothing productive SHIT-SHOW) &/or surround yourself with people who are more knowledgeable & will set you straight.

NOW back to the share structure...


Of particular concern, especially since shares came OFF "RESTRICTED" LIST - is the FLOAT.

That's embarrassing. Also rather unfortunate.

Clearly, we have someone here who enjoys spreading falsehoods and basking in all the negative attention. I don't pretend to know what the best strategy is for dealing with someone like that. Maybe if I understood the motivation for going online to spread lies about MIKP. Should we all just ignore him/her? Perhaps post clarifications? Leave the clarifications in the hands of our CEO?
