Why?







If the TA is UNGAGGED?





If the TA gives out the FULL share structure, daily, &/or ON DEMAND as an ungagged TA would?







Why hasn't it been updated (to the last trading day) as the "ceo" & others here seem to be insistent on maintaining?






Why doesn't it list the LAST TRADING DAY: "8/11/2023" ?






And why is THE LAST DATE consistent with MY REPEATED CLAIMS?


Namely, that the TA only gives out the unrestricted shares:

[] Of the MONTH

[] On the very LAST

**NOTE:
When "news" of the tweet was posted & I read it; I called the Transfer Agent. And posted my findings here:

I discovered:
1. A voicemail message.
2. Explaining he was CLOSED Friday, mid-day.
3. And that the TWEET was published AFTER the TA (vm-disclosed hours-of-operation) closure!
4. But FORTUNATELY the facts can still be verified, even if the shareholders & "ceo" thought they'd be clever & change their "standing policy".

Anyway my reference to the **8/10/2023 date, is in deference to the fact that the TA might not have made the 8/11/2023 adjustment before leaving for the day.
IF HE WAS UNGAGGED!! The FACT that the date remains AS I HAVE REPEATEDLY written, disclosed, complained & shared as:

[] The END OF THE MONTH
[] On the LAST TRADING DAY
[] At the END
[] of that trading day
[] AFTER Market Close!

As has consistently been explained to me... And as I have POSTED... Provided, ...with PROOF! And ENCOURAGED others to "self-verify".

PS: Here are the Madison Stock Transfer Hours of Operation:
Mon - Thurs 10-3pm
Fri 10 -12pm
And, Mon - Thurs: LUNCH from 12-2pm
(If I heard his garbled message right)

So he's open 3hrs Mon-Thurs & 2hrs Fri.
