Many here imho will be getting a VERY RUDE AWAKENING on several fronts
Nothing short of the supposed 2.5% will come to COOP short of WMI buying COOP OUT,even then I say that WMI will just continue to be what it always was a HOLDING COMPANY where by IT'S ASSETS will be held by WMI and used to support COOP or back stop them with funds to lend and or buy up more companies.
OH and IFIN ya didn't sign OFF to participate all any POST 3/19/2012 holder will get is the appreciation in COOPS pps dues to the 2.5% coming back to COOP, NOTHING MORE.
Now 2.5% can still b huge, figure what 2.% of say 299 bill would be coming to COOP then divide by 72 mill shares HUGEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
That way NOBODY that didn't sign off will have any claim since even they benefited albeit NOT BY NEAR AS MUCH as legacy will imho
