I for one will suggest the WMI;s assets are in a DST and or TRUSTS that ALL are beneficiaries of that TRUST(s) at their proportionate rate of 75/25

Is that where the statue of limitations applies? Do you believe those who benefit with increase in price of COOP even if they did not release can not pursue legal action ? It is $ 83.05 per share of COOP to be exact
