100% correct. If anything comes back, it all goes to COOP. People talk of escrows as if they still have them. Escrows are no more.

Owning stock and options in this Corporation may be the only way to reap these potential hidden assets.
The sheer number of Institutional owners of COOP stock is a tell, in my opinion.
