CBB..I believe it was an unfortunate confluence of Judge Du's inexperience, along the poor performance of Amarin's lawyers...that allowed Hikma to defraud the court and that lead to the tragic error, which has resulted in the occurence of so many CVD's, which could have been prevented.

CBB, This idea may sound a little far fetched but I'm wondering if the FDC approval process would be enhanced by utilizing AI in proving the efficacy of the combo pill? Thinking out loud.

cbb - The courts are highly corrupt. The gig has to be selective to keep the scam going. There was nothing through the entirety of the legal efforts to reflect an honest and impartial system at work. DU was fast and loose, and proved she was either grossly incompetent or controlled, or both. (I know for a fact that 25% of the Fed Circuit is controlled through blackmail. How do I know? I'm always willing to share all my information with those who have an appetite for uncensored, unfiltered, raw, unadulterated information.)

Then we had the two clowns Dyke and Reyna. They had their minds made up before orals for that first appeal. There was no indication that they were familiar with our briefs. Dyke's questions were completely offbase, and served to prove, that he wasn't familiar with the core issues of the case. Lazy, tired, or swamped is no excuse to deliver a disasterous ruling.

Then the two clowns, because they're corrupt, did not recuse themselves from Marjac's case. That was clearly lawlessness. The conflict was jawdropping. So the ruling was guaranteed to be tainted going in regardless of their ruling. The clowns clearly heard Marjac communicate the fraud issue, but showed zero interest for further discovery, nothing. It didn't matter. Worse, like they did in the first appeal, they refused to write an opinion.

If people are so naive as to believe that it was just a bad series of circumstances or some other feable concept to offer the system cover, they're just fooling themselves. IMHO.

If I were Denner, I would go after the fraud with standing. We didn't have it the first time, cough cough, but Denner does. Fraud is fraud.

Secondly, I would push for the combo pill hard. CVD prevention class drugs have awful compliance. 50% Vascepa drop off after six months is the figure I recall. Not good, especially for a potential buyer to get excited about.
