Or it might have something to do with the Tender offer for Home Point Capital.

Might be their decent earnings report in this sluggish economy.

Do they have to pay taxes of are they still using those $5 billion NOLs? That might have something to do with it.

Boris - I think it has more to do with the huge amount of MSR's in the mkt they are looking to buy. Talked about on the conf call.
