I got a Benzinga report from TD Ameritrade.

P.S. I'm guessing that others believed enough to buy the other 17+ million shares of the offering at $3.75.
P.P.S. I'm holding MRKR and NOT selling even one share. If it drops more I'll buy more but I would REALLY like the stategic review first before I do.
