I got a Benzinga report from TD Ameritrade.

The Trade: AlloVir, Inc. (NASDAQ: ALVR) 10% owner Gilead Sciences Inc acquired a total 2,930,870 shares an average price of $3.75. To acquire these shares, it cost around $10.99 million.
What’s Happening: AlloVir priced a 20 million share offering at $3.75 per share."

P.S. I'm guessing that others believed enough to buy the other 17+ million shares of the offering at $3.75.
P.P.S. I'm holding MRKR and NOT selling even one share. If it drops more I'll buy more but I would REALLY like the stategic review first before I do.
