LG has flat out lied on record in at least 2 occasions.
The BB show where he asserted they were hoping to release TLB within a couple weeks when they knew they had not reached data lock and were saying there were 2 multi month steps after that before release.
On the same show he said they hoped for UK approval by EOY. He knew they had not submitted a PIP, did not have a GMP approved facility. It was so far past impossible that it cannot be claimed to be a good faith forward projection.
He also had a minor lie back in 2016(?). He was asked about updating the trials primary completion state. He stated that NWBO had made clear all year the data had been moved out, just not updated the record. That is BS. NWBO never said the date had been pushed.
I find these legal threats comical. Especially as many of the same posters are constantly asserting many respected doctors are on the take for being critics and that AF made terrorist threats against LL.
Whatever, if LG wants to sue me so be it. I will keep posting the reality,
