It is not a lie if it is a forward looking statement that does not come to pass (your argument on this is debatable). But even if we grant you that this one was a lie, (which I do not) that still does not permit egregious defamation on other matters without consequence.

I find these legal threats comical. Especially as many of the same posters are constantly asserting many respected doctors are on the take for being critics and that AF made terrorist threats against LL.

That others are or are not guilty of defamation does not permit it against LG.

We both know he can hide behind the forward looking statements caveat just like Adam has been hiding behind the privileged protection of the press. I’m not a fan of the abuses that go on because of this which is why we must all filter out the real truth from the stuff they both and others can get away with. Laws aren’t perfect which is why justice may not happen without enough proof even when guilt is otherwise obvious. Protecting the innocent comes at the expense sometimes of not being able to convict the guilty. Since both sides know this, both sides use this which has frustrated both shareholders and those who have been trying to sideline this company.
You are an intelligent enough poster to know what’s going down so at some point I expect you and “yours” will be attempting to gain a significant position here. You might succeed with others but I plan to be bidding against you a little for those shares; ). Best wishes.
