that's only true of the splits before 2009.

1. mark bought PINR shell in 2009
and rebranded it as MIKP then.
two years later, in 2011,
mark filed a 100:1 RS, himself.

2. i was holding MIKP shares
when the 2011 RS happened.
so i know for a fact
that mark did the RS.

that said, mark waited until
he had diluted the full AS
before doing the RS.

and i expect he will wait again
to dilute much more for production cash flow
before doing another RS.

no guarantee, of course.
never can tell with bees.

but given mark has 54m common shares,
i suspect he'd prefer to unload those at a higher price
before devaluing those shares sharply via an RS?

time will tell...

let's see what he says on the 25th
and speculate from there.
