Let me answer your question by asking you a question: Have you ever read a quote in a PR from an incoming CEO or senior executive that didn’t say glowing things and express total optimism? Have you ever read a quote from an incoming senior executive that said something along the lines of: “I’m thrilled to join (company) and look forward to finding out if the company’s drug works and if the company will be successful.”?
IMO, AVXL's next knowledge/evolutionary milestone will/should be defining the point showing expected stability on some scale of continuous change. So, if a patient's rate of change (??) over time is the target and then stability-normal is some metric for the slowing rate of change (less continuous degradation) then we (someone) better be prepared to better define NORMAL ( i.e. you are OK when...) .
The real solution will be Quality of life, control...we all get lost from time to time.
