When a CEO comes in to replace a former due to a failed company trajectory the dialogue usually isn't upbeat. In Anavex's case the financials are good, the pipeline is good and the potential trial results are "promising" to keep it modest for you.
I doubt Dr Jin was unaware of the trial data prior to hire, I'm sure an NDA was signed.
So you have a somewhat high profile hire for a relatively unknown company full of a lot of other high profile experts in their field.
I think your point is moot.
