Everyone knows about Lucia and the Appointments Clause. That gave DBMM a reason to appeal the original ruling by the SEC ALJ, and also ended up giving it enough time to get caught up with its filings. You might as well thank COVID for adding to that extra time.

But DBMM has nothing specific to do with the Supreme Court.
