Jron you are probably right on the board that is not a very impressive board at all. Looking more and more like we may have made a mistake on the proxy we were all desperate and Denner knew we were. I guess it really may come down to Brave of bust for this company. Honestly the possibility of a BO seems less and less likely each day unless Brave is a home run. Denner is too busy with his women to worry about AMRN right now.

JRoon, the question is, why would the entire past board and KM bail? They had Stock and Options that had not vested that they walked away from. Those decisions did not make dollars and sense. IMO

JR, This one of those Posts - where one cant help to speculate - you are somehow related to - 'the Old BOD' - that bailed (with millions of shares) - tail between their legs !
--------------------

I feel so much more confident that now - 'Real Competent Guys' - that knows how to handle an undervalued BIO Company like Amarin - is at the wheel.
--------------------

Undervalued - is THE KEYWORD - for Sarissa investment strategy - and do they hit target with Amarin !
--------------------

The old BOD - PWO - KM ??? - Lets move to the Future :)

JRoon, but I still go back to the facts as I know them from a high level.
Progress was slow at AMRN and there had been multiple negative events.
There didn't seem to be an emphasis to expedite any progress.
SP as we all know it was underperforming
Denner saw as many of us that AMRN was way undervalued
COB, Board and Senior Mgt. were highly compensated for their lack of results
Denner ask for 2-3 board seats and was rebuked by PWO
Proxy vote ensued and Denner won. PWO gone and seven new board seats added
THEN;
The old board picked up their marbles and left as they didn't want to play
KM, had his position but elected to leave it all behind instead of wanting to play with new teammates.
So, that has put Denner (who invested over $100MM) to pick up and move AMRN forward.
I am not patient but at this time I will have to wait until this improves.
Time is of the essence!

IMO the importance of ordinary board members is overrated...

The loyalties of board members are in the following descending order...
1. to the COB
2. to the other board members
3.to their own reputations
4.to their friends in business
5. to the shareholders
