How's the stock price? How'd those investor conferences go? How's the better communication they promised?
And as far as those original board positions Denner requested, did you see who he proposed?? No board in their right mind would have approved that. The original slate were all Sarissa employees, and two of them had less than 5 years of works experience. They were just junior staffers!
The original slate was Dipaolo (attorney), Bonifiglio (compliance officer), Eric Trac (junior analyst), Shenstone Huang (junior analyst), and Kostas (the ONLY one that is qualified).
