Hi Senti, thanks for this info, many such as myself do not have all the details. If it would not be too much trouble (if you have the info readily on hand) could you please flesh out or summarize what you do know of these six versions including dates and how many people were treated and what changes were made along the way. But only the LAST trial protocol included the change of the primary endpoint from PFS, that they failed to meet. All the others included PFS as the primary endpoint over the 16 year history of the trial.
