Back to those protocols: The first one that I have is dated October 22, 2007, and indicates that it is version 4.0. The protocol ID at the bottom indicates "Protocol ID: IRB#11-000686. The approval date is 4/13/2011 through 3/1/2012. It indicates that it's a "Consent From for Medical Research". I can't locate the link to it, but when it was available online, I downloaded it. On this form, DCVax is labeled as "DCVax-Brain". I've attached a copy of the first page.
The second one is dated May 7, 2012, and is indicated to be version 5.2. Below is a link that I found where I think you can download it. Again, this paper is indicated to be a Consent Form for Medical Research. https://www.yumpu.com/en/document/view/37389806/view-dcvax-consent-ucla-neurosurgery The protocol ID at the bottom indicates "Protocol ID: IRB#11-000686; however on this protocol, the Protocol Number indicated at the top is: "020221" On this form, DCVax is labeled as "DCVax-L".
The third one is dated April 30, 2013 and still indicates that it's version 5.2, but has "EU" after the 5.2, so... v.5.2EU. It was likely, looking back at it now, the EU version. Protocol number is still #020221. Now when the link to this protocol was posted, Northwest actually came on the board and wrote to the poster who'd linked it stating,
And that sums up my previous post (#599216) about how there were more than 6 versions of the trial protocol, well prior to whatever number the final one is that you had asked me to go into more detail on.
