Reports here from the ASM says otherwise.

Apparently about as many, or few, responders in both dose arms. To me that could make sense, since down titration was most likely to be in 50mg target dose arm and that the concentration / response relationship is strongly strongly nonlinear.
The trial now fully relies on subgroup analysis results and hope of accelerated approval based on surrogate biomarkers, not traditional approval meeting overall endpoint outcome measures and showing clear dose/response effect.
