For something so definite there sure seems to be a lot of missing information and guessing. Here we go again with hearsay and needing to piece together, bits and pieces of assumed information and innuendo. Management has the perfect opportunity to prove you right in a couple of days. But the funny thing is, we all most assuredly know they won’t, and that won’t affect the blind followers in the slightest.

You do realize that the management team has been drawing high salaries for years without delivering a single product to market or earning a single dollar of revenue, right?

You do realize that management received multimillion dollar bonuses in addition to their "modest" salaries, all while failing to deliver a single product to market or earn a single dollar of revenue, right?

You do realize that once the share price hit $20, each and every member of management and the Board of Directors unloaded a gigantic chunk of shares, right? In other words, they knew that $20 was as good as it was gonna get, and they were happy to take the money and run by unloading their shares.

Excellent rebuttal. Wherever I go, I find these infestations of cheap talk. These are not shareholders, these are money flippers.

I digress. It’s called remaining under the radar while biking the company coffers for benefits. The move to NASDAQ removed some of their cover. The countdown clock is ticking.

They have put 10’s of millions of dollars in their pockets over the last couple of decades without producing any revenue.

Taking cash from naive shareholders pockets and putting it in their’s is the game.

While not a scam I think management has kept shareholders in the dark while benefiting financially, and significantly so.

Directors made millions on their share sales while investors scratched their heads in early 2022.

The top two paid themselves $5.2m while investors scratched their heads.

Dr Lebby bought only 1000 shares with his bonus while Marcelli bought a $2m house with cash while investors scratched their heads.

Over $112 million dollars has been put into 'research' with only a dozen or so employees over the last decade, with hopes and expectations for revenues nearly every year while investors scratched their heads.

Shares outstanding went from 40 million to 114 million and the price has gyrated from 25 cents to $20 and back down to $4 while investors scratched their heads.

Index funds bought as they would any newcomer to the Nasdaq having their market cap, and then shorts came in at the inflated levels and when scathing research was reported while investors scratched their heads.

Dr Lebby reports at conference after conference providing titillating information that dances around and obfuscates the true technological status and problems they encounter while investors scratch their heads.

These things are NOT 'superficial nonsense'. They are serious observations that reasonable and level-headed people recognize as problems with company communcation and management greed. Whether that means it is a scam or not is anyone's guess but I think at the least this is a FAKE IT TILL YOU MAKE IT company that is VERY shareholder unfriendly, and I've long been a huge supporter of shareholder rights and transparency.

I haven't been on these boards for a while and seldom post now but had to add something here of importance and relevance:

If this was a scam, how would it have ever uplifted from the OTC Markets (penny) to a major exchange such as the Nasdaq and especially done so intrinsically or organically without the normally disappointing way of doing so.... and almost two years later has pretty much remained at a good pps (above minimum required).

Thank you for your astute and comprehensive summary... and thanks to all who understand and share what this gem of a company/product is doing.

Have a great weekend!

It's all about what you know, your money and whether you believe...
