If this was a scam,over the last 10 years they would have "spent" large amounts of money doing their "research" and then issuing large amounts of shares at $1 or less. It would have ballooned the share count to over 200 million. It didn't happen. Instead they have built out a first class lab for testing products and a fully functional clean room to research how to manufacture chips using polymers.

If this was a scam they would have taken on debt while paying themselves very high salaries. They have no debt and demonstrating fiscal resonsibility, no high yield debt which scam companies have to accept to get anyone to lend to them. How many CEOs of Nasdaq companies get paid only a few hundred thousand dollars a year especially ones that have well over 200 patents to their name?

If this was a scam management would have sold large percentages of their shares on the runup in 2021. They did not.

If this was a scam they would not have been able to help with the build of modulators that far exceed anything currently li use or planned for release in 2024. They have corroboration of their technology by other companies and have been given accolades at international conferences.

If this was a scam would large institutions be adding to positions? Stock in many different funds has gone up from very little to aout 25% over the past 2 years. I suspect they did their research; did you?

If this was a scam Dr. Lebby would not have been invited to chair this years PIC conference. His collegues know who he is and what he can do.

If this was a scam how is it that there has be no one to offer any credible information that suggests that the technology does't work. Lies about poling problems, stability problems, volume problems have not been substantiated and have been negated by Dr. Lebby and SilOrix (and others to come).

If this was a scam you would have something more than superficial nonsence to offer to substantiate the claim.
