Yummo, gotta make this today if I can get somebody to go to the store. Made a loaf of bread yesterday so I can make homemade bread crumbs.

It's just cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice.
Not sure of the proportions, and I think some add ginger.

Ginger was included per the back of the tin. The company originated in Nashville TN but I couldn't find a link.

I like vanilla ice cream on my apple pie. But that is just me.
