Looking for the filings to drop sometime in 2023. No reason to rush the process in light of the crappy economic environment. Hopefully things settle down by Q4 and Suren will proceed

FACTS are that this deal is in the works and has only been in the making since September 2022. Deals of this nature take time to structure and can sometimes take 6-12 months depending on the scale of the business in the RM.

The delay in updating OTCMarkets to full Pink Current is inconsequential compared to the complexity of the reverse merger. We can return to Pink Current in weeks by updating a few pieces if information.
