Looks like Suren is waiting for the right moment to make his move. Markets are a little shaky right now, but if all the paperwork is done then he can act when necessary!

Just spoke to Daniel, he stated that SBES management has everything to upload including audited financials which completed his part of the work for them unless they want anything else from him.
He stated that he believes that they are working on it and further stated that expert market is no big deal
