The bottom line is the courts have to start imposing serious damages on these big tech companies who are completely out of control

PTAB having been bought and paid for as well. Gilstrap understands what is going on. PTAB should be abolished. Its use is totally out of control as well.

So, bench trail willl set the bar for enhanced damages~? thus no likelihood of appeal~? A brief not to exceed 10 pages from each side.

Am I getting this right~? So enhanced damages may take more time than usual. This judge rarely doles them out. 20% more in a few cases. Looks like he is giving Scamscum one more opportunity to explain why enhanced damages should not be leveled. Interesting if I'm reading this right.
