So, bench trail willl set the bar for enhanced damages~? thus no likelihood of appeal~? A brief not to exceed 10 pages from each side.

Am I getting this right~? So enhanced damages may take more time than usual. This judge rarely doles them out. 20% more in a few cases. Looks like he is giving Scamscum one more opportunity to explain why enhanced damages should not be leveled. Interesting if I'm reading this right.
