$250+ million deals don't happen overnight. NNC probably needed time to get its financing together, while XERIANT probably needed to work out its production & testing issues. But according to the timeline (ie, NNC needs to deliver the first homes in Q3), those matters should be very close to being resolved. If so, things should start getting very interesting very soon.
