I don't believe the LOI that NNC initiated is still valid or ever was. It's been too long since we've heard anything about NNC. Again, the tactic of taking our attention off of one failed project (the ridiculous press conference that wasn't a press conference) and putting it on something else is common. They do this quite often when they know most investors are unhappy. A week before the March 15th deadline, that they knew they'd never make, they release bs about a partnership with a manufacturing company to make Nexboard panels for testing with a major builder. That was over a month ago.....crickets since. It's the same tactic over and over. That is Shady in my opinion and puts Duffy's integrity in question.
