Thats exactly right.
Posts noting a 2023 approval haven't really thought things through. Namely, what does the first week, month, quarter look like after a marketing approval. Regulatory issues, sales and supply chains simply don't run themselves, even with most items outsourced. If LP thinks scanning documents is hard work, wait until they need to sell a product. Even if their plan is to be acquired, they should at least be going through the motions in preparation for a post approval environment, such as onboarding a commercial officer for example. Something seems amiss when marketing apps haven't been filed 2.5 years post data lock.
