I don't think that is a typo, very specific information was put out, yes I saw a variation of that article or maybe the same one, not sure. I didn't suggest anything when I read that similar if not the same, cause I didn't think anything of it, I thought they had already made the first FID and they were working on the second one, but now I see, "March", so it must be the first FID, but, my question is how does that change everything.

It would contradict the last paragraph in the DOE semi annual filing filed on the last day of March. Therefore I think it’s a typo.
