I believe a variation of this article was already posted, but it's either a typo or very interesting...this article specifically states Delfin TOOK FID in March. We all thought they were on the verge. Perhaps they already did, and as others stated have 30 days to publicly announce. If so, that puts us into this month... Exciting times ahead for sure.
