You are a member of the older generation that relied exclusively on Webster's Dictionary. Obviously, you didn't use it much for spelling, but I'm sure you occasionally used it to look up the meaning of a word before you dropped out of high school after 10th grade.

Today I looked up "helmut" in Webster's Dictionary on the below site. The word, as spelled, does not exist in the dictionary. As I told you politely, you misspelled it. The correct spelling is "helmet". No big deal, my friend.
